DELIVERY & RETURNS
Here you will find everything you need to know about invoicing, payment, delivery, returns, exchanges together with our terms and conditions of sale.

Depending on the products ordered you will receive one invoice.
Once you have placed an order we will send a confirmation order form via email and request payment before dispatch. We accept payment via BACs or bank transfer, Paypal Visa, Cheque, Cash. Unfortunately we are unable to process any orders if you have not registered with us. You will be invoiced either by XtremePiping.com.
Our Delivery Promise
We aim to process and despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt, stock permitting. All deliveries will need to be signed for. In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within 3 days (delivery within the IRL), we will inform you and advise you of an expected delivery date.
All our orders are dispatched via Fastway couriers. 99% of orders are next day delivery. Courier collection from XtremePiping.com depot is at 2pm. Last orders must be submitted and processed before 1pm in order to guarantee dispatch from our depot at 2pm.
If you are really stuck for an order and it is placed and processed after 1pm drop us a call and we will drive to the National Fastway Depot 30 miles away and beg them to add to their next day dispatches. They are nice guys and always accommodate us.
If you are really really really stuck for an order I suggest you call us. Then submit and pay for the order. Then hop in your car or van and we will do our best to meet you half way. Now don't tell me that's not good bloody customer service!
Once orders are dispatched we will forward a tracking no. to you.
Delivery charges vary on the mood here in the office. If it's sunny and warm then it will probably work out cheaper :)
On a serious note we don't make a brass farthing out of delivery charges. Whatever Fastway couriers charge us is the same as what we charge you.
Please note the delivery charges exclude VAT.
Delivery will be made by a Fastway Couriers. Should there be any damaged or missing packages it is important that any missing or damaged parcels are documented. Please do not just sign the paperwork without checking, it's your responsibility to check.
Missing items: The driver's consignment documents detail the number of parcels and bundles of pipe. If items are missing please write "MISSING ITEMS" on the driver's consignment note.
Damaged items: If items are damaged please write "DAMAGED ITEMS" on the drivers consignment note.
Any missing or damaged items must be reported to us in writing by email within two days after the day of delivery.
Without this being logged on the driver's paperwork we are unable to offer a replacement or credit for missing and damaged items.
Please ensure that you select the correct county destination from the drop down menu to match the delivery address that you have entered. If the county selected does not match the entered address, this may affect the time and cost of your shipment.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from us and we are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer.
Should you wish to return a product you can do so by following the three simple steps below:
Call us on +353 87 9903697 and request a product return authority number and return address.
Pack up the goods and return them in their original packaging via a reputable carrier of your choice.
Once we have received the goods back we will check them for their merchantable quality and take them back into stock. If there is a problem we will call you.
You have 7 days from the receipt of goods to start this procedure, after this time restocking charges of 25% will apply. No returns will be accepted after 28 days from delivery.
Once an order has been despatched it is on its way to you and cannot be cancelled and refusing an order at the point of delivery must not happen as it puts the delivery in a state of limbo without any covering paperwork or return traceability. However once you have received the goods you can return them by following the procedure above.
We recommend that all items returned to us be sent recorded delivery with insurance paid as a minimum. Your local Post Office will be able to advise.
